I’m Ashley, an editor and writer. I currently live in New York City and belong to First Baptist Church. Most importantly, I am a sinner saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ—deserving nothing, yet having everything.
I work as a book editor at Crossway. I studied classics at Columbia, where I developed an interest in imperial Greek literature, first- and second-century Greece under the Roman empire, and religion and philosophy.
Little Theoria is a resurrected blog, a personal project to think more carefully, eloquently, and biblically about ordinary things. I frequently find myself writing about human limits in space and time, the joys and tragedies of living in New York, and literature that articulates reality a brighter way.
